Peacock Properties
The Board of Trustees of Abbey Road Condominium has a contract with Peacock Properties to assist the Board of Trustees in the maintenance of Abbey Road.
Other than landscaping and snow removal, they assist in contracting for major service providers, provide oversight of the general status of the buildings and grounds, fill the salt containers used in our water softeners, and provide occasional, minor repairs.
Peacock has a portal for online communication with condo owners and serves as a repository of important and useful documents, such as the easement for the peace memorial. If you have not yet done so, you can create an account with Peacock on Peacock's "Create an Account" page.
