The Peace Memorial &
Abbey Road Condominium Trust

Abbey Road Condominiums is built on the site of the former Peace Abbey. When the property was sold, the artifacts were donated to the U. Mass Boston Library, but the Peace Memorial, now on property owned by the Abbey Road Condominium Trust, remains as a permanent installation. The Access and Maintenance Easement granted in 2012 governs the continued presence of the Peace Memorial on Abbey Road Condominium grounds including allowing public visits to the Memorial during daylight hours for the purpose of peaceful viewing. The Peace Memorial is maintained by its founder, Lewis Randa, as an ongoing obligation.

A copy of the Access and Maintenance Easement is available at Peacock Properties online portal under Governing Documents.
